Snow Spruce Construction Ltd understands that the project design is the key to a project being successful. We have designers on staff for custom residential projects and have access to many different designers, architects, and engineers for commercial design. We believe that by designing your project we can help ensure that the project is designed within your budget. With our experience we can tell you where you can save money and where you should be spending it to maximize the life expectancy of your project. We also have a very firm understanding of building codes and work with local authorities to ensure all codes and standards are met.

Custom Residential Design

Designing a residential space is a deeply personal experience. Many people spend countless hours dreaming of building a home that is truly theirs. In residential design the customer is most often the end user. Because of this fact, it is critical to balance the needs and desires of the customer with the realities of construction and budget. We do our best to bridge this gap and bring dreams one step closer to reality. We will work with you to put your future home on paper, creating the necessary foundation for a pleasant and exciting home building experience.

Commercial Design

Designing a commercial building is very complex. There are many key factors to consider when building as this area is heavily regulated. We have the experience to make sure your building is constructed within your budget by working with you first before having the plans drawn up by a certified designer. In many cases plans are completed well outside a customer’s budget that is why pre-planning a project with an experienced builder can be essential. Within our initial project analysis we work with you to start your project on the right foot by flushing out unnecessary costs and scheduling issues as well as coordinating your project with the right designers.
